  1. How do I know if I will have enough linen for my case load/patient load?

    The ImageFIRST inventory management program coordinates inventory based on your needs. We work with your particular case load/patient load to set a linen inventory level accordingly.   2. What if something comes up last minute and I need more linen?

Your Customer Advocate will bring you extra linens and any other materials (like scrubs and gowns) that you might need to take care of your patients (call before 10am to guarantee delivery). They can instantly adjust your inventory to fit any flux.
  3. What can I expect for my invoices?

    ImageFIRST uses flat rate billing for more transparent invoices. Other laundering companies use complicated formulas to calculate your inventory, but we make it easy to know exactly how much you will be paying and when. Your bill will reflect the linens you need to have on site.
  4. Is there a way to determine if I am carrying too much inventory already?

    The simple answer is yes. Your Customer Advocate manages the entirety of your linen stock, which means that you won't have to stress over doing calculations on your own. If you think you have too much inventory, check with your Customer Advocate - changes are they’ll bring it up to you anyways! – so s/he can adjust your needs-based inventory level.

  5. What do I do if my staff takes their scrubs home or loses them accidentally?

    We realize that things often get misplaced for one reason or another. It is important to carefully monitor the laundry and linen in your facility. We make it easy to accomplish keeping track of your inventory; in fact, all of our scrubs are tagged with RFID or feature a barcode for just that reason.   6. What if my gowns are the wrong size?
